Hello from Athens, Greece! I’m halfway through my European recruiting tour, where I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with many interesting and talented MIT Sloan prospective students and alumni in Amsterdam, Brussels, and Athens. Next week, I am onto visit St. Petersburg and Moscow to meet more applicants, answer questions, and share information about our programs.
Round I for the MBA applications closed yesterday- thank you to all who submitted an application! The Admissions Team knows you spent a lot of time preparing your applications, and we want to assure you that your efforts are greatly appreciated.
After you submit your application, you may be wondering what comes next. Let me share a little bit of insight about our reading and reviewing process:
- To live out MIT’s sustainability initiative, all applications are read on iPads.
- We have a team of staff members- not alumni and/or students -reading your applications. They are starting to read now as I write this blog!
- If your application is incomplete, you will hear from us soon.
- If you missed the Round I deadline, no worries! Prepare to submit for the Round II deadline on January 7, 2014.
